In short, this version of Hell Kaiser was chosen as one of the Seven Stars instead of Fubuki. He spent a few months in Dark World training with Snow of Dark World to master the powers of ice and snow he gained from accepting the darkness, then returned to lead the Seven Stars into battle against the seven Key-Keepers. Never actually defeated by any of the Key-Keepers, he chose freely to turn against Kagemaru and the others.

He radiates cold temperatures for at least a foot around himself and isn't affected by the cold at all himself. He can generate ice and snow in any form at will, walks on any cold surface without being affected (i.e., he doesn't slip on ice), and loathes summer, volcanoes, and heat of any kind.

He comes from just after Kagemaru's defeat by Juudai. To him, the Seven Stars were himself, Darkness!Fujiwara, Camula (who he hates), the Black Scorpions, Amon Garam, Taniya, and Amnael. Darkness!Fujiwara replaced Titan and Amon replaced Abidos, who defected to Juudai's side for the Seven Stars crisis. Ryou currently duels with the Cyber/Cyberdark deck (effectively his canon season 2 & 3 deck). Anything else, ask me at higuchimon.
